Our mission
To redefine healthcare work and give control back to the healthcare sector.
We don’t just fill shifts; we create opportunities for flexibility and balance for both caregivers and healthcare providers.
Our goal is to simplify the lives of caregivers and healthcare providers, allowing them to focus on what truly matters - delivering exceptional care. Through Karo, we're building a future where healthcare is more connected, efficient, and human.

Our story
Karo was created with you in mind – the dedicated nurses, compassionate carers, and healthcare administrators who tirelessly provide care and support.
We see your passion, your commitment, and your challenges. Long hours, demanding schedules, and the pressure to do more with less take a toll on your well-being, both physically and mentally. That’s why we set out on a mission to change the game and give back control to the healthcare sector ensuring well-being and quality care.
Our values
Empathy: We walk in the shoes of caregivers and patients alike, understanding their needs and challenges.
Commitment to Quality: We hold ourselves to the highest standards of care, ensuring that every shift filled and every service provided is delivered with excellence.
Innovation: We embrace technology to simplify processes, enhance efficiency, and improve patient outcomes.
Collaboration: Together, we build a network of trust, connecting professionals and organisations for better care.
